Navigate Your Runner App
After logging in to your app, you will see this navigation bar at the bottom. This is an important function of your delivery runner app and is divided into the Queue, Active, and Profile Sections.
Each section is designed to enhance your delivery experience and allows you to manage essential functionalities.
Queue Page
The Queue Section displays all incoming orders and refreshes automatically to provide you with real-time updates. You can review order details such as earnings and pickup locations before accepting them.
Active Orders Page
After accepting an order, you can see its details in the Active Section. This tab will only display your ongoing orders and allow you to manage your orders effectively.
Once an order is delivered, unclaimed, or canceled, it will disappear from this tab.
Profile Page
The Profile Page allows you to manage personal and professional information. It shows your status, earnings for the day, earnings history, and order history

Toggle this switch to update your status as online or offline. Our system automatically logs you out after a couple of hours of inactivity.
Profile
Profile is where you can edit your profile information like photo, address, and transport details.
Remember to click on Campus Verification so that you will enjoy the benefits of being a BYPPOCampus Delivery Hero!
Payment Page
The Payment page allows for personalized payment settings.
Your payments are processed through Stripe, giving you the flexibility to withdraw your earnings whenever you prefer.
Additionally, please provide your card details for potential charges related to canceled orders.
Support page
Support page directs you to our FAQs and provides you with assistance by connecting you to our care team. You can also send us an email at campus@byppo.com
You can review our privacy policy by clicking the Privacy option.
Lastly, you can log out of the app by clicking the logout button.
Earnings History
Earnings History will show your Total Balance and Today’s Earnings.
This is where you can withdraw your earnings.
Earnings History
Under Earnings History, you can check how much you earned per delivery. Your earnings will be your delivery fee plus any tips.
You can choose between a bank transfer or BYPPO credits. An additional 10% credit will be added if you choose BYPPO credits and can be used to order food from the BYPPO platform.
Order History
Your Order History can be accessed from the Profile page too.
This page will display your earnings and the order details of your deliveries.
Start Delivering!
All live orders will be displayed on the Queue tab, once you have accepted an order, you will receive this message:
Canceling orders that you accepted will result in getting charged the order total plus taxes and fees.
We recommend accepting orders you can complete.
Accept An Order
The slider will be grayed out until the restaurant acknowledges the order.
Once you have accepted the order and the restaurant has acknowledged it, you can swipe your status to “On My Way.” The full customer address will be revealed after the order is accepted.
Delivery Heroes should collect their orders promptly once it is prepared. Be sure to be at the restaurant to pick up your order by the scheduled time displayed on the app.
Go To The Address
Wait for the restaurant to confirm that the order is ready, which will activate the slider and signal that you have collected the order.
Make sure that the order is complete by checking the order details.
You have 25 minutes to deliver the order to the customer.

There is a timestamp provided as a guideline for when to deliver the order.
We monitor the progress for each order closely, so please ensure that the order is delivered by the specified time.
After 25 minutes of inactivity, the order will be canceled and you will be charged for failure of delivery.
If there are any delays, kindly inform the customer through the app.
Order Is Delivered
Inform the Customer About Your Arrival.
Reach out to the customer through the app to notify them that you have reached the order address. You can contact them via chat or phone call.
Customers have the option to input a specific address or select a "hotspot," which are predefined location such as libraries, study halls, or dormitories.
Once the customer has received the order, mark it as delivered.
Unclaimed Orders
We monitor orders closely, so contact the customer via chat and phone at least once.
If there's no response in 10 minutes, you can label the order as unclaimed, which will be available in the app after the waiting period.
For Proof of Delivery, capture a photo of the customer receiving the order and upload it to address any potential disputes.

Chat and call the customer to let them know you arrived. Wait for 10 mins
If the customer is responsive and got the order, mark it as DELIVERED. Take a picture
If the customer is unresponsive, mark the order as UNCLAIMED and take a picture
